Secret Garden - a project in which the gap between human perceptions of natural phenomena, technological processes from reality, an attempt to control the processes around and the result of these actions is traced.
When we go to the store and see hundreds of vegetables and fruits on the shelves, do we understand where they came from? How did they grow?
With the help of greenhouses man can control natural cycles and weather conditions, causing plants to grow at any time of the year, getting rid of weeds and insects. The garden, as a place where man can control all the processes of life of its inhabitants, is a space of power of man over other living beings, an attempt of total control over everything around him.
The installation is a greenhouse whose external appearance does not correspond to its internal content. Approaching the greenhouse, the viewer can see the shadows of a beautiful garden, as falling from plants: a huge shadow of an unknown flower, small shades of leaves. But even here, looking at the silhouettes carefully, you can find shadows not only colors, but also traces of other creatures. Inside there is no plant that could create such a shadow, only the mysterious flower located in the middle of the naked white space. Made of synthetic materials, having a fur structure, it looks more like a strange cloud than an actual plant.
