Post-

In Post- I create a forest made of trees filled with sound. Both dead and alive, it exists in a liminal state: the trunks, detached from the ground, no longer grow, and only the sound within them becomes a “sign of life.” Projected onto the suspended trunks, the sound makes each one vibrate, turning it into an extension of a speaker.

The sound is barely audible in the air — only high tones escape into space — but it can be felt through the skin, by embracing the tree or pressing an ear against it. Each trunk carries its own audio track: a distorted, artificially generated sound of nature, created through granular synthesis.
